By submitting an enquiry form, registering for a Programme or attending a session, you confirm that:

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to do so and that the individual also meets the age requirement.

3. Nature of Our Programmes

Cendara provides educational programmes focused on decision-making frameworks as general educational content. All Content is provided strictly for educational purposes.

Cendara does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or any regulated advisory service. Nothing in our programmes should be construed as a recommendation to take any specific financial action. Participants are responsible for their own decisions and should seek professional advice where appropriate.

4. Enrolment and Registration

Enrolment in a Programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Cendara. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Cendara reserves the right to decline an enrolment where a Programme is full or where it determines that a Programme is not suitable for the applicant's circumstances.

7. Attendance and Conduct

Participants are expected to attend sessions punctually and engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants. Cendara reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts a session, without refund.

Personal financial information shared by participants during sessions is shared voluntarily. Participants are encouraged to use anonymised examples and are not required to disclose specific financial details.

8. Intellectual Property

All Content provided as part of a Programme, including worksheets, worked examples, workbooks and digital tools, is the intellectual property of Cendara. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, personal licence to use Content for their own private decision-making purposes.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written consent from Cendara.

9. Disclaimers

Programmes are provided for educational purposes only. Cendara makes no representations that attendance at a Programme will produce any particular financial outcome or decision quality for any individual participant.

Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Cendara does not warrant that the frameworks taught are suitable for any specific financial decision a participant may face.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Cendara's total liability to any participant in connection with a Programme shall not exceed the fee paid by that participant for the relevant Programme.

Cendara is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from attendance at a Programme or use of Content, including any financial loss resulting from decisions made by a participant.

11. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold Cendara harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from their use of Content beyond the scope of the licence granted, or from any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Termination

Cendara may terminate a participant's enrolment if the participant breaches these Terms and Conditions, with no obligation to provide a refund where termination is due to the participant's conduct.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to mediation under the Rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) before any legal proceedings are commenced. The courts of Johor Bahru, Malaysia shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

Cendara may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will be available on this page with the revision date. Continued participation in a Programme after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
